This document confirms the booking and purchase of the online Unconscious Bias Trainer Certification Programme, produced by Summit Consulting and Training Ltd.

I agree to pay the sum detailed on this page for the programme.
I understand that the programme fee is exclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
I understand that the programme is self-paced and not a live training event.
I understand that certification is subject to successful completion of the online exam.

Due to the course being online and self-paced, there is no specific date or time for delivery or completion of the course.

Terms and Conditions:

The standard terms and conditions are detailed below, and payment of the stated fee is confirmation of your acceptance of said terms and conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

  1. Confirmation of Booking

    1.1 The booking is considered confirmed upon receipt by Summit of written confirmation and full payment of the stated fee, which must be received via Stripe or Kajabi Payments.

    1.2 Upon receipt of full payment for the course, the purchaser will gain access to the course content and learning resources. Payment of the course fee is non-refundable.

  2. Payment

    2.1 The full fee for the Unconscious Bias Trainer Certification Course is required before the learning programme can be accessed.

  3. General

    3.1 All fees for services and expenses are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at 20%.

    3.2 Summit retains intellectual property rights on all materials produced and used during the training. The learner cannot offer and/or deliver this course content to employees, clients, agents, or any third-party organisation.

    3.3 The programme will be delivered in English. The participant(s) should possess a fluent command of the English language prior to booking their place(s) on this programme.

  4. Jurisdiction

    4.1 This contract is governed by English law and the jurisdiction of the English courts.

  5. Declaration

    5.1 I hereby agree to the activities mentioned on page 1 of this document being undertaken by Summit Consulting & Training Limited at the published price.
